Perception

News

“Perception” reflects how we consider ourselves and the way we see the world (and also how we think the world sees us).

It’s not what we see, but how we see it. We can all look at the same painting and we all can take something different out of it. The lockdown has been testimony to this.

It’s also not what you feel, but how you feel it. All of our experiences leave us with opportunities to develop ourselves in an enriching way and to offer the world a better, braver version of ourselves. This is one of the best lessons I’ve learned after breaking my spinal cord. Every day is a new day with more opportunities than the last – no matter how bleak the situation seems at the outset. All our lives have the potential to be self-authored bestsellers – what would you like your book to be about?
