I took part in my first ever 2 kilometers rowing race at the SA National Rowing Champs in the para division and I’m immeasurably happy and humbled on receiving my first ever gold medial in rowing. After all I was up against the most experienced para rowers I know even one being part of the South African National Squad. So this to me personal is a big achievement and I hope with still a lot of hard work at the gym and on the water, and in the not to distance future I’d be competing against the best internationally. This is just the begining. #onestepatatime
